![]() ![]() I open the Windows Task Manager check on the programs running and I find that FSX and AFX are running, as well x86_ also running. Both programs launch okay but the minute I move the cursor onto the AFX everything wants to lock up/freeze. Is this were the SimConnect.dll file should be placed after running the SimConnect.msi?Ĭoncerning AFX, I have followed instructions and started AFX first and then FSX to try and use the preview aspect. I tried running the Core Utilities Kit\SimConnect SDK\lib\SimConnect.msi and it indicated that it installed something but when I went back to check the "5" folder it was still empty. Yes, I have looked in the folder containing "5" in its name and it is empty, no dll file.
